*whistles* I knew there were some big game collections in the group, but I wasn't expecting any single person to have ALL of the games I listed! (Well, minus one or two.) Impressive.
Well, if you've been wanting to play any of those, now you know you've got a 2nd anyway, hehe. |

Apparently you hadn't heard of the Hoard. My wife collects games. She started collecting quite a while ago (just out of College). We are currently somewhere over 10,000. You'll have to come to an Aubreycon sometime to see the mess in our basement.

Actually I was fairly impressed that there was one that they didn't have
I have Penguin Ultimatum and have played it with my wife and daughters. Not too bad a game. It seems fairly flexable with the level of strategy you wish to put into it. It can be very light (and silly) or up to a moderate thinker. |

Hah! I see, I see. Apparently tales of the Hoard eluded me until now. Feel free to bring any of those listed above any week you're up for playing them, hehe.
I'm sure the Internet-less fellow that usually games with us on Wednesdays at Gryphon's will be disappointed to know that someone local has a bigger collection than he does... |

Yep, we have a big collection, but we are by far not even close to the largest game collection in the world or even in the US. We are probably in the US top ten though.
Rumor has it that a sheik with more money than he can count has the largest board game collection in the world. It's kind of hard to compete with that amount of cash. _________________ Don’t anthropomorphize your computer. They hate that! |

Hey, yeah, I was gonna say I was impressed he found a game that's not in the horde!
As to the list, I have but haven't played I'm the Boss and Cleopatra atSoA.
I have and have once played Medici (been wanting to try this one again) and Hansa. |

I know this list is almost a year old now and probably not relevant, but I did end up putting Die Kutschfahrt zur Teufelsburg in my latest games order and I'll have it Monday. _________________ Hi everyone! My name is Alan and I try to bring at least 423 games to every game night! |

Cool. Looked like a nifty Werewolf variant of sorts. Appears that people say it's best with 5-8, so we should probably try for that number. Would also be a good one to bust out on Gryphon's Anniversary party (Nov 1st), if you're going. _________________ -Jared |

Good call. I don't think I hated it as much as some, but it was still a definite disappointment. I didn't have much to trade so I sat out of this one. Get something more awesome in exchange? _________________ -Jared |

Get something more awesome in exchange? | Pylos, an OOP 2p abstract game. A genre I am very fond of (just slightly below trick-taking card games) but don't really get to play much of. An friend of mine recommended it to me a while ago and I hadn't been able to find it, so I'm happy.
This MT was pretty good for me except that I accidentally traded for AH Maharaja which was dumb. I made a deal to get Black Spy from the trader instead, which was still a waste for Acquire but is at least a game I will play. (And my family will play it cause it has Moon's name on the box.) Then I traded Sticheln for Ra and Krakow 1325 AD for a 500GB external hard drive.
According to the MT discussion thread another math trade is imminent... _________________ Hi everyone! My name is Alan and I try to bring at least 423 games to every game night! |

Pretty sure that copy of Maharaja has been traveling the world for about the past 20 math trades!
